Breckenridge Recreation Family,

We’re excited to share that, based on your feedback, we will be moving the Breckenridge Recreation and Tennis Centers to a new software platform called Kaizen. This upgrade is designed to improve your overall experience by offering easier access to program registration, membership purchases, tennis court reservations, and more.

What’s changing
This update will apply only to the Breckenridge Recreation Center and Breckenridge Tennis Center. At this time, the Stephen C. West Ice Arena and Gold Run Nordic Center will continue operating on ActiveNet.

Timeline
The first phase of the new system will launch on June 1, 2026, and will include:

• Account setup and management
• Membership and pass purchases

In the coming weeks, we will be sharing additional details on how to set up and manage your Kaizen accounts and more.We’re excited about this enhancement and look forward to bringing you an improved recreation experience. 

For now, this is what is staying the same:

• ActiveNet will continue to be used for recreation center programs until the fall session.
• Stephen C. West Ice Arena and Gold Run Nordic Center passes and programs will continue using ActiveNet.
• Any updates will be communicated clearly and well in advance.
