The new Kaizen system is available online on Monday, June 1st.
For customers with an existing membership with ActiveNet (i.e. you have a recreation center or tennis center membership), follow along with this guide to Access Your Account.
If you do not have a membership, the first step is to setup your new account.
Creating your Kaizen Account
After you have created your account, you will need to add your household members so they can purchase memberships, passes, and programs to attach to their accounts. You must create your account first, before you can add your household members.
Adding Household Members to Your Account
Next, you have the option to add a payment method to your account. This will make things seamless for program registration, purchasing items at the front desk or the tennis pro shop, and purchasing memberships.
