Explore the trails of Breckenridge this summer with the 23rd annual Summit Trail Running Series with each race followed by a post-race party! The Series consists of 5 trail races in and around Summit County, May-July. Each race features a short and long course, and all races are open to runners of all abilities ages 10 and older. Racers must participate in 4 of 5 of the same courses (long or short) to be eligible for the series overall winner.

There are no aid stations on the courses. The Series is cup-free - participants MUST bring a reusable water bottle.

PLEASE NOTE: In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen trail conditions, the race director reserves the right to delay, cancel or reschedule the race. There are no refunds in the event of a race cancellation or change.

The STRS operates under a special use permit from the USDA Forest Service, White River National Forest.
