Bib pickup on Saturday September 13 begins at 8:30am at the race start line behind Mountain Thunder Lodge. Take the pedestrian tunnel at the South Gondola Lot and follow the Blue Arrows to the start line. (about a 5-minute walk). Please use the pedestrian tunnel -there is no other option for parking!

Paid parking is available at the South Gondola Lot and Garage where you can then take the pedestrian tunnel to race check-in at Mountain Thunder Lodge.

Please use the pedestrian tunnel from the South Gondola Garage to get to the race start. Parking is NOT available at the start line.

Meet behind Morning Thunder Lodge on the ski run. Run up ski run called Gondola Ski Back > Right onto Morning Thunder Trail > Continue Straight onto Pence Miller Trail > Left onto Shock Hill Trail > Right to go over Olympian Bridge > Continue straight onto Troll Forest Trail > Left onto Cucumber Creek Road > Cross Ski Hill Road then take right on sidewalk > Left onto Grandview Drive > Veer Left onto Whispering Pines Trail > Left onto Four O’clock trail > Cross Park Ave to take right on side walk > Left and follow cones to Finish!

In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen trail conditions, the race director reserves the right to delay, cancel or reschedule the race. There are no refunds in the event of cancellation.

Cancellation Policy
Participants may cancel up to 8 days prior to the first day of the program for a refund, less a $3 cancellation charge. Within 8 days of the program, no cancellations or refunds are allowed. If the program does not meet minimum attendance requirement it will be canceled and customer will be refunded without fees.
