NEW! Aqua FitWe are expanding our water aerobics offerings seven classes over six days a week with specific programs based on your fitness level and goals. There's never been a better time to switch up your routine! Aqua Fit classes also provide a fantastic no-impact workout for anyone. Participants need to wear appropriate swim attire. Log Rolling (All Ages)Unique memories will ROLL YOUR WAY! Once you learn to log roll, you'll never want to forget it. Who knew staying on a floating log for 10 seconds could cause so much joy! Even if you are a non-swimmer, you can still participate in the thrill of log rolling in shallow water. Ages are welcome. Come give it a try at Open Log Rolling times twice a week.

American Red Cross Lifeguard Course (Ages 15 & Up)This is a 6-day American Red Cross Lifeguarding course that includes CPR/AED and First Aid. Day 1 is the pre-test which includes the following:
- a 300-yard swim treading water with no hands for 2 minutes
- retrieving a 10 pound brick off the bottom of the pool and swimming to the side

Breckenridge Masters Swimming (Ages 18 & Up)Whether you are a fitness swimmer, a former competitive swimmer, or a triathlete in training, the U.S. Masters Swimming community will help you work toward your individual goals. Under the guidance of USMS Coaches Jaime Brede and Jacque Maldonado, you will develop effective habits in a fun environment with other swimmers who wish to take their fitness to the next level.
A USMS membership is not required for daily participation, but there are many benefits of becoming a USMS member including regional swimming competitions, Streamlines magazine subscription, gear discounts, and being part of the adult swimming community at large. Please pay and sign in at the front desk. Ask about our convenient punch pass. Please call the Aquatics Coordinator with any questions at 970-547-4338.

Private and Semi-Private Swim Lessons (All Ages)
Do you or your child need a little extra help learning to swim or improving your skills? If group lessons don't quite fit your needs, private lessons can offer a solution! Private lessons are designed to provide individualized instruction for all ages and levels of swimming.
We also offer semi-private swim lessons for small groups of swimmers, a great option for friends and families. Our swimming instructors and coaches instruct groups up to 3 swimmers of similar levels and abilities to improve swimming in a fun and comfortable environment.
Transferable swim lesson punch passes are available in 3 or 5 punches and save you up to 23%. All lessons are scheduled by appointment only. Please contact the Aquatics office at 970-547-4334 for information and to schedule lessons.
Private Swimming Lessons: $30 per half-hour lesson
Semi-Private Swimming Lessons (up to 3 people): $40 per half-hour lesson
