Daily Drop-In Group Fitness Classes

We offer over 50 fantastic classes a week -- all free with your pass or Recreation Center daily admission.

NEW! Aqua Fit

We are expanding our water aerobics offerings seven classes over six days a week with specific programs based on your fitness level and goals. There's never been a better time to switch up your routine!  Aqua Fit classes also provide a fantastic no-impact workout for anyone. Participants need to wear appropriate swim attire. For questions, contact the Aquatics Coordinator at 970-547-4338.  Aqua Fit drop-in classes are offered year-round and are free with your Recreation Center admission. Multi-Day Trainings and Clinics

These classes are taught by our certified fitness instructor in a small-group setting. They are developed to achieve a progressive end result as well as provide a take home message to improve your overall health and wellness. Please note these sessions are an additional fee outside of any membership or drop-in rate. All class dates and times are subject to change.

Glow in the Dark Fitness @ Breck Create (Ages 12 & Up)

Glow while you flow! Through gentle, fluid movement, use your body's internal energy to increase blood flow, improve your mood, and invigorate body and mind. Set in a truly unique atmosphere designed to glow in the winter darkness, participants find the perfect way to "glow" in the dark while strengthening their core, improving their posture, and igniting their inner fire.

A minimum of 4 participants must be signed up by Friday, January 4 or this class will be cancelled.

TRX Suspension Training (Ages 14 & Up)

TRX Suspension Training allows you to perform exercises that build strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability. Sessions focus primarily on strength training and include advanced moves for those looking to amp up their workout! Each session is 45-minutes of self-paced intensity and may include additional equipment as the session progress.

A minimum of 6 participants must be signed up by the prior Friday or the class will be cancelled.

Lift, HIIT, Repeat! (Ages 14 & Up)

Get ready for a combination of weightlifting and high intensity, interval training (HIIT) to build muscle and scorch fat. The moves are based on classic lifting techniques that let you isolate, stabilize and focus each rep on the muscle group you're working. Every workout ends with a core routine for a full body build and burn that leaves you shredded. There are no gimmicky moves, no overly complicated routines and no opportunity for boredom because you'll never do the same workout twice. Get it DONE in just 4 days a week, 30-40 minutes a day, 8 weeks total.

A minimum of 6 participants must be signed up by Friday, January 11 or the class will be cancelled.

Indoor SUP Yoga (Ages 8 & Up)

SUP Yoga is back for those who are eager to dust off their paddle boards! Join Leslie Ross for a session of constant motion that challenges your yoga flow at a whole new level. Your body must remain fully engaged to hold each pose while balancing on a paddle board. SUP Yoga integrates every muscle into the activity. This is a fun and challenging exercise that activates all your feel good receptors while floating. Class includes SUP board rental.

A minimum of 4 participants must be signed up by Friday, March 1 or the class will be cancelled.

Train for the Trail - Running Series (Ages 16 & Up)

Get ready to hit the trail! Train for the Trail is a challenging class, focusing on muscular strength, muscular endurance, balance and core work. This class isn't for the faint of heart, but a fun challenge and a great option for any motivated individual, particularly those preparing for the Summit Trail Running Series.

A minimum of 6 participants must be signed up by Monday, April 15 or the class will be cancelled.
