Daily Group Fitness Classes

We offer 11 fantastic classes a week -- all free with your pass or Recreation Center daily admission. Classes are offered by reservation only. Reservations open one week prior to the class date and close 30 minutes before the start of class. Watch the video or see guidelines link for reservation instructions and FAQs.

Multi-Day Trainings and Clinics

These classes are taught by our certified fitness instructors in a small-group setting. They are developed to achieve a progressive end result as well as provide a take home message to improve your overall health and wellness. Please note these sessions are an additional fee outside of any membership or drop-in rate. All class dates and times are subject to change.

Virtual Summer FUNctional Training (Ages 10 & Up)

Not quite ready for in-person classes ? No problem!

We will continue to offer virtual fitness classes with a brand new, 12-week at-home program with Cathy Bohdan, certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer. This is a 3 day-a-week, full-body, strength, endurance, balance (and so much more) program from the comfort of your own home. Each class is progressive in nature and can be done with body weight and other forms of equipment that can be found around your house if you do not own free weights. Basic fitness experience is recommended but not required and lots of modifications will be available for all abilities so that anyone can join!

We use Zoom for the LIVE virtual classes. Instructions on how to access each class will be emailed to each participant. If you cannot attend the live classes a recording will also be emailed to you after each session for you to do on your own time.

Youth Sports Conditioning (Ages 10-17)

Designed for middle school and high school athletes, this program is designed to improve the following fundamental components of sports training: Speed, Agility, Balance, Coordination, Explosive Power, Core Strength, Cardiovascular Endurance, Mental Toughness and Overall Athletic Performance. Keep your child on the path to progress during their pre-season or off-season schedule.
