Daily Drop-In Group Fitness Classes

We offer over 50 fantastic classes a week -- all free with your pass or Recreation Center daily admission.

Aqua Fit

Work out in the water! Aqua Fit offers specific programs based on your fitness level and goals. There's never been a better time to switch up your routine!  Aqua Fit classes also provide a fantastic no-impact workout for anyone. Participants need to wear appropriate swim attire. For questions, contact the Aquatics Coordinator at 970-547-4338.  Aqua Fit drop-in classes are offered year-round and are free with your Recreation Center admission. Multi-Day Trainings and Clinics

These classes are taught by our certified fitness instructor in a small-group setting. They are developed to achieve a progressive end result as well as provide a take home message to improve your overall health and wellness. Please note these sessions are an additional fee outside of any membership or drop-in rate. All class dates and times are subject to change.

NEW! Total Body Combat (Ages 14 & Up)

Get ready to spend 3 days a week building strength and endurance in this 8-week program. As the program progresses, the short, 45-minute workouts increase in intensity so you reach maximum fitness in just 8 weeks. Alternating focus each day creates muscle confusion and keeps up engagement and motivation.

  • Weeks: 1, 3, 5, 7 - Monday- Cardio and Core, Wednesday- Resistance Training, Friday- Cardio and Core
  • Weeks: 2, 4, 6, 8 - Monday- Resistance Training, Wednesday- Cardio and Core, Friday- Resistance Training

TRX Suspension Training (Ages 14 & Up)

Learn to love the yellow straps! This training teaches you how to perform exercises that build strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability. Sessions focus primarily on strength training and include advanced moves for those looking to amp up their workout! Each session is a short 45-minutes of self-paced intensity and may include additional equipment as the sessions progress.

Glow in the Dark Fitness (Ages 12 & Up)

Glow while you flow! Through gentle, fluid movement, use your body's internal energy to increase blood flow, improve your mood, and invigorate body and mind. Set in a truly unique atmosphere designed to glow in the winter darkness, participants find the perfect way to "glow" in the dark while strengthening their core, improving their posture, and igniting their inner fire.
