Aqua FitWe are expanding our water aerobics offerings seven classes over six days a week with specific programs based on your fitness level and goals. There's never been a better time to switch up your routine! Aqua Fit classes also provide a fantastic no-impact workout for anyone. Participants need to wear appropriate swim attire. For questions, contact the Aquatics Coordinator at 970-547-4338. Aqua Fit drop-in classes are offered year-round and are free with your Recreation Center admission. Multi-Day Trainings and Clinics
These classes are taught by our certified fitness instructor in a small-group setting. They are developed to achieve a progressive end result as well as provide a take home message to improve your overall health and wellness. Please note these sessions are an additional fee outside of any membership or drop-in rate. All class dates and times are subject to change.
Outdoor SUP Yoga (Ages 15 & Up)Outdoor SUP Yoga is back for those who are eager to dust off their paddle boards! Join Leslie Ross for a session of constant motion that challenges your yoga flow at a whole new level. Your body must remain fully engaged to hold each pose while balancing on a paddle board. SUP Yoga integrates every muscle into the activity. This is a fun and challenging exercise that activates all your feel good receptors while floating. Class includes SUP board rental.
