Outdoor SUP Yoga Drop-In

Ages 14 & Up

SUP Yoga is back for those who are eager to dust off their paddle boards! Join Leslie Ross for a session of constant motion that challenges your yoga flow at a whole new level. Your body must remain fully engaged to hold each pose while balancing on a paddle board. SUP Yoga integrates every muscle into the activity. This is a fun and challenging exercise that activates all your feel good receptors while floating. Class includes SUP board rental. (Have your own board? Call 970-453-3381 for discounts.)
