Daily Drop-In Group Fitness Classes

We offer over 50 fantastic classes a week -- all free with your pass or Recreation Center daily admission.

Multi-Day Trainings and Clinics

These classes are taught by our certified fitness instructor in a small-group setting. They are developed to achieve a progressive end result as well as provide a take home message to improve your overall health and wellness. Please note these sessions are an additional fee outside of any membership or drop-in rate. All class dates and times are subject to change.


Train for the Trail Running Series (Ages 16 & Up)

Get ready to hit the trail! Train for the Trail is a challenging class, focusing on muscular strength, muscular endurance, balance and core work. This class isn't for the faint of heart, but a fun challenge and a great option for any motivated individual, particularly those preparing for the Summit Trail Running Series.

A minimum of 6 participants must be signed up by Monday, April 30 or this training will be cancelled.

6-Day Fit Challenge (Ages 10 & Up)

Are you ready to challenge your current fitness routine? This 6-Day Challenge consists of a daily commitment with each workout tailored to your own fitness level. Use this week to make exercise and healthy eating a top priority. With this focus, you can start healthy habits, reinvigorate your workouts and give yourself an extra boost of motivation. Ages 15 and under need to be accompanied by an adult.

A minimum of 4 participants must be signed up by Monday, May 28 or this training will be cancelled.

Outdoor SUP Yoga (Ages 15 & Up)

Outdoor SUP Yoga is back for those who are eager to dust off their paddle boards! Join Leslie Ross for a session of constant motion that challenges your yoga flow at a whole new level. Your body must remain fully engaged to hold each pose while balancing on a paddle board. SUP Yoga integrates every muscle into the activity. This is a fun and challenging exercise that activates all your feel good receptors while floating. Class includes SUP board rental. Have your own board? Call 970-453-3381 for a $10 discount.

A minimum of 4 participants must be signed up by Friday, June 8 or this training will be cancelled.

Mommy & Me Fitness (Ages 16 & Up)

Focusing on strength, your baby acts as resistance and helps you build back your endurance. This class has you lunging, squatting, pressing and pushing your way back into shape. This is an energetic full body workout designed specifically to shed baby weight, tone and strengthen your muscles. Bring your favorite baby carrier to kick it off with cardio and end with a peaceful stretch.

A minimum of 4 participants must be signed up by Friday, August 3 or this training will be canceled.
