Multi-Day Trainings and ClinicsThese classes are taught by our certified fitness instructor in a small-group setting. They are developed to achieve a progressive end result as well as provide a take home message to improve your overall health and wellness. Please note these sessions are an additional fee outside of any membership or drop-in rate. All class dates and times are subject to change.
Outdoor SUP Yoga (Ages 15 & Up)
Outdoor SUP Yoga is back for those who are eager to dust off their paddle boards! Join Leslie Ross for a session of constant motion that challenges your yoga flow at a whole new level. Your body must remain fully engaged to hold each pose while balancing on a paddle board. SUP Yoga integrates every muscle into the activity. This is a fun and challenging exercise that activates all your feel good receptors while floating. Class includes SUP board rental. Have your own board? Call 970-453-3381 for a $10 discount.
A minimum of 4 participants must be signed up by the Friday prior to class or the session will be cancelled.

Mommy & Me Fitness (Ages 16 & Up)
Focusing on strength, your baby acts as resistance and helps you build back your endurance. This class has you lunging, squatting, pressing and pushing your way back into shape. This is an energetic full body workout designed specifically to shed baby weight, tone and strengthen your muscles. Bring your favorite baby carrier to kick it off with cardio and end with a peaceful stretch.
