The Breckenridge Recreation Department offers a variety of fitness offerings including: personal training, drop-in group fitness classes, one-day clinics, multi-day trainings and extensive options to build your own class. Each class and training covers a variety of interests, skill levels and goals. Drop-in classes are free with a daily admission, pass or membership. Fee-based training, whether group or individual, can feature one-on-one focus, progressive skill development and customized content.

Build Your Own Group Fitness ClassThis is your opportunity to build and personalize your fitness class with custom options to create your favorite workout. Choose a class format from one of 20+ options, pick the certified instructor and then call to schedule a time and date. Bring in your bridal party, teammates, friends, family and anyone else to create a group of 3 or more to get your sweat on. Fee: $15 per person (minimum of 3 participants)
Multi-Day Trainings and ClinicsThese classes are progressive in nature and require an additional fee. They are typically taught by our certified fitness staff in a small-group setting. Click here for a complete list of our available sessions.
Private Yoga or Pilates SessionInterested in developing your practice with one-on-one instruction with some of the most accomplished instructors in the area? Attend to your health and fitness, inside and out! Nutrition counseling is now available at the Breckenridge Recreation Center with Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Uriell Carlson. With a focus on whole foods, and total body wellness, Uriell helps you discover your best diet, customized for your lifestyle. Advance registration is required for appointments. - 20-Minute Introductory Session - $10
Meet with Uriell and discuss how she can help you set and achieve your wellness goals.
- 60-Minute Comprehensive Session - $80
Uriell helps you identify and implement changes to your current eating habits by building a personalized nutrition plan based on your goals and abilities.
- 30-Minute Follow-Up Session(s) - $45
Check in with Uriell to confirm you are on track with your newly established nutrition goals, find answers to any further questions, and get help to overcome potential barriers brought up by your recent changes.
- Home Visit - $85
For an hourly fee of $85, Uriell makes a visit to your home. During this session, she can assist you in recipe development, conduct a cooking class, give your pantry an overhaul, or take you on a grocery store tour. (*additional $30-$40 for visits outside of Summit County)
