Breckenridge Mountain Camp Summer Camp (Ages 5-12)
You thought you had fun last summer? Well, this summer is shaping up to be even bigger and better! Spend the summer swimming, climbing, hiking and jumping on our giant inflatable obstacle course! The Breckenridge Mountain Camp (BMC) is not just your typical summer day camp program. We have the best staff in all of Summit County, delivering some of the most enjoyable and exhilarating programs around! BMC offers a fun and positive experience that enriches and satisfies your child all day long with a focus on building character through recreation. Programs are based on skill development, guided discovery and amazing activities that foster healthy, outdoor fun. BMC is a state licensed program for children ages 5-12 and children are placed into groups according to their age.

Wednesdays are our designated field trip day, so register early!!
Days: Monday - Saturday, field trips on Wednesdays

Half-Day Breckenridge Mountain CampMake it a full day of fun! BMC offers a discounted afternoon half-day option for campers in our morning preschool and sports camps. Transportation is provided from camp to the Stephen C. West Ice Arena. Please contact Abbey Austin via email or at (970) 547-4333 for information and registration.
BMC Counselor in Training (CIT) Program (Ages 13-16)The CIT program is for motivated teens who want an active, fun summer but also want to learn responsibility! CITs learn camp programming, planning, decision-making, goal setting, communication, and team building! Each CIT is paired up with a camp counselor from whom they can learn, and then s/he has the opportunity to transfer the tools they learn into actual work groups.
CITS are not required to attend each day but are highly encouraged to do so. New this year, if your CIT attends 10 days of camp, they will qualify for a CIT fieldtrip! 2017 BMC Theme WeeksJune 5 - Enchanted Forest It’s that time of year again….Summer! Let’s celebrate by entering the land of magic, trolls, giants and elves! There’s so much to imagine and explore in the world of fairy tales! We learn about famous fairytales this week and how we can make them come to life in our very own Colorado Enchanted Forest!
June 12 - Wild, Wild, West Bank robbers, gold, miners and mountain settlers - a great way to spend a week! This week we learn about historic mountain culture and how our first settlers survived here. We even visit a working mine here in Summit County.
June 19 - Train Like a Super Hero Ever wonder how the Hulk got so strong or how Aquaman can swim so fast? Find out this week as campers learn how to form healthy habits for life all while acting like their favorite Super Heroes. Who knew exercise could be so fun?!
June 26 - Mad Scientists Explosions, gooey messes and rocket launches– learn all about the world around us during our excursion to the Downtown Aquarium and Denver Children’s museum.
July 3 - Party in the USA Let’s celebrate our great nation as we kick off the week with the 4th of July celebrations! We enjoy patriotic games, crafts and celebrating all week! Remember no camp on Tuesday, July 4.
July 10- Pitch Perfect Camp Acca-scuse me? That’s right! This week we explore instruments and music! Special musical guests, field trips, karaoke and dance are all a part of this exciting week!
July 17 - All Star Sports Take this week to get into all things sports! Noodle hockey, inflatable obstacle courses, watermelon chucking… you name it – we do it!
July 24 - Splish Splash! Enjoy a week of water balloons, slip 'n' slides, sprinklers, squirt gun fights and the ultimate obstacle course! Don’t forget your swimsuit and, of course, a trip to Water World!
July 31 - Fear Factor Ever wonder what it is like to face your fears?! This week is all about pushing the limits. Creating scary new recipes in our kitchen, climbing to new heights, even looking for creepy crawly insects! If you are adventurous… this is the week for you!
August 7 - Pirate Week Ahoy Mates! Want to walk the plank right here in Summit County? Then look no further - X marks the spot on this camp! Campers participate in a camp-wide scavenger hunt for buried treasure and do all things pirate! Arrgh!
August 14 - Anything Goes! You heard it! ANYTHING GOES THIS WEEK! A great way to end summer, doing Camper’s Choice Activities! Re-live your favorite events of the summer, all in one week!
